These terms govern the use of onexotic.shop and purchases made through the store. By placing an order you accept these conditions.

Purpose
OnExotic SAC, based in Lima, Peru, operates the store at onexotic.shop. We sell clothing through limited drops, no restock. The operation is governed by Peruvian laws, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law 29571).
Orders
An order is accepted when the customer receives confirmation by email or WhatsApp with an OX-… number. The order discounts stock in real time. If a piece is sold without stock due to a technical error, OnExotic notifies the customer within 48 hours and refunds the payment.
Prices and payments
Prices include applicable taxes and are expressed in Peruvian soles (PEN). We accept payment via WhatsApp (Yape, Plin, transfer) and soon via Culqi (card, Yape, Plin). The customer is responsible for import taxes on international shipments.
Shipping
We ship throughout Peru and abroad. Costs and timelines are detailed on the Shipping page. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
You have 7 days from receipt to request an exchange or return, unused and with the original tag. Details on the Returns page.
Liability
OnExotic is liable for manufacturing defects within legal terms. We are not responsible for misuse, washing outside instructions, or indirect damages.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute is resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru. The customer may also approach INDECOPI or use our virtual Complaints Book.
