Returns and exchanges
If the piece doesn't fit or arrived defective, we exchange it or refund you. Here are the clear rules.

Window
You have 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange or return. After that, no requests are accepted except for visible manufacturing defects.
Conditions
The piece must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains and odors, with the original tag attached and inside the bag. If used or damaged by the customer, we reject the return.
How to request it
Write us via WhatsApp (+51 906 517 394) with the order number and a photo of the piece. We coordinate pick-up or you bring it to our Lima address. Resolved within 5 business days.
Refund
Once approved, we refund through the same payment method within 7 business days max. If you paid via WhatsApp we use Yape or transfer.
Return shipping cost
If the piece arrived defective or with a sizing error on our end, OnExotic covers the return shipping. For voluntary exchanges the customer covers it.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons we don't accept exchanges or returns on boxers or underwear. Also not on sale pieces marked as final sale.
