Shipping and delivery

Lima Metropolitan, Peru provinces and international. The system calculates the cost automatically at checkout based on the chosen address.

Orders confirmed before 2 pm are processed the same day. Times above are counted from the day of dispatch, not from confirmation.

Each order has its own page at /pedidos/[id] with its real-time status (pending, confirmed, in preparation, shipped, delivered). We notify you as it progresses.

If you're not in when the courier arrives, they try a second visit. After the second failed visit, the piece returns to our workshop and we coordinate a new shipment with extra cost.

International shipments are charged at a flat rate and are NOT eligible for the free-shipping threshold (which applies only within Peru — Lima Metropolitana and provincia). The shipping cost does not include import taxes from the destination country: those costs are borne by the customer upon receiving the package.

We pack each piece with protective material. If it arrives damaged by the carrier, report within 48 hours with photos to start a claim.
